We are looking for someone who would be part of the Settlement Operations team as a Specialist, Settlement Operations in Western Union.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will work on the reconciliation in the settlement sub-ledgers for different products and channels.
- You need to ensure accurate and complete processing within Service Level Agreements.
- The Specialist is in charge of performing the investigation, reconciliation and follow-up with the stakeholders.
- You will communicate with stakeholders to find, fix and solve queries as well as be responsible for escalating issues and follow-up with management as necessary.
- You need to comply with Western Union Internal policies and applicable regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

**Role Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience in settlement or accounting operations
- Solid experience in one or more of the following disciplines: general accounting, accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, settlement reconciliation
- High
- sense of urgency, analytical skills, proactivity, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proven time management
- Attention to details.
- Intermediates excel.
- Strong Settlement Knowledge is a plus.
