Requisitos:

  • Experiência: + 2 años.
  • Licenciatura concluida en administración o afín.
  • Paquetería Office Excel (reportes y registros) y manejo de Outlook, Power Point.

Funciones:

  • Organización de eventos.
  • Control de gastos.
  • Coordinación de reuniones.
  • Manejo de varias agendas.
  • Coordinación de viajes (reservaciones, asientos, hotel, etc).
  • Toma de minutas.
  • Correos electrónicos.

Competencias:
Organizado, sentido de urgencia, proactividad, habilidad para trabajar con tecnología, manejo de información sensible.
