Job Description:

Company in the real estate and project development sector, requires an administrative assistant, responsible to carry out different administrative and office tasks.

Requirements:

University degree or have relevant work experience.
Other specializations: secretarial, clerical.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, such as administrative assistant or data entry clerk.
Experience in accounting data entry is a PLUS.
Experience as an assistant in a legal office or in real estate is a PLUS.
Advanced English is a MUST (oral and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently, committed and proactive.
