What you will do

Assist with business development activities. Work closely with senior management and clients to create customized procurement and supply chain solutions. Participate on the planning, preparation and recommendation processes for action plans and help clients to implement them. Analyze client spend data and create deliverables for projects. Understand and translate client needs to provide flawless services. Work with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients. Utilize sourcing levers and hypothesis-driven approach to size and validate opportunities. Drive implementations to realize savings across supply chain Lead benchmarking exercise to ensure pricing competitiveness and conduct category research to drive innovation or service satisfactions Perform ad-hoc analysis based on project needs, present findings and drive progress

What you should bring

Graduated in: industrial engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or related fields. MBA is a PLUS Superior quantitative, analytical, and communication skills Strategic thought process accompanied with the idea of examining a scenario from various perspectives  Skill-set should include academic, extracurricular, or professional achievements that showcase your knowledge and experience with working day-to-day in a professional setting Highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision Proficient in MS Office Suite; including the ability to transform data into engaging PowerPoint presentations and the ability to analyze data in Excel Fully bilingual: English is a MUST, Portuguese is a PLUS

OTHER SKILLS

Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment. Knowledge of project management and sourcing/supply chain. Business acumen: Understanding how markets work Change Management Effective influencer who can make persuasive arguments.
Excellent communication – written and verbal.
