Role Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is collections. Under minimum supervision, contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Answers inquiries and resolves problems. Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. May require advanced problem solving. Definition and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.Role Requirements
High school education required. Bachelor's degree desired. Excellent English required. Writing and speaking. Advanced excel is a plus. 3 years of service industry in banking and collections or relevant experience is desired. Collections experience is desired. Strong Teamwork. Open to provide and receive feedback. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly. Proactive personality and change agent mentality. Innovative mindset. Leadership Skills.
