**Role Responsibilities**
- Primary responsibility is collections. Under minimum supervision, contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Answers inquiries and resolves problems.
- Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
- May require advanced problem solving.
- Definition and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.

**Role Requirements**
- High school education required. Bachelor's degree desired.
- Excellent English required. Writing and speaking.
- Advanced excel is a plus.
- 3 years of service industry in banking and collections or relevant experience is desired.
- Collections experience is desired.
- Strong Teamwork.
- Open to provide and receive feedback.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Proactive personality and change agent mentality.
- Innovative mindset.
- Leadership Skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
