Role Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility involves collections. Contact customers independently to identify reasons for payment delinquency and secure payment commitments through outbound calls that deviate from standard processes.
• Handle situations that may require customized responses or thorough research based on customer feedback.
• Utilize computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the organization, products, and services.
• May involve advanced problem-solving.
• Define and document Standard Operating Procedures.
• Proficiency in navigating computerized data entry systems or relevant applications.

Role Requirements

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced excel skills are a bonus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service industry, specifically in banking, collections, or related field.
• Prior experience in collections is advantageous.
• Strong Teamwork skills.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt swiftly.
• Proactive with a change agent mindset.
• Embrace an innovative approach.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
