Role Summary
The Product Manager for Shopify Sites owns the performance, optimization, and execution of Chai Vision's multi-brand Shopify storefronts. This role ensures every site delivers a seamless, on-brand, and conversion-focused shopping experience. By leading site strategy, merchandising, product setup, testing, and performance tracking, this position directly drives revenue growth, customer engagement, and alignment between marketing and brand teams.

What You'll Do

• Own the Shopify site vision, product roadmap, and execution across multiple brands.
  
• Align site features, merchandising, and functionality with marketing campaigns and revenue goals.
  
• Manage all product setup in Shopify including descriptions, SEO, images, variants, pricing, and categorization.
  
• Oversee homepage, landing page, and collection merchandising based on sales priorities and product performance.
  
• Ensure promotions, product launches, and seasonal updates are accurately implemented and delivered on schedule.
  
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and product-level performance.
  
• Maintain a structured update log of all changes, improvements, and deployments across sites.
  
• Flag and escalate technical issues, coordinating resolutions with development resources.
  
• Benchmark competitors and monitor market trends to identify CRO and UX improvement opportunities.
  
• Partner with the CRO/UX team to launch A/B tests and implement winning variations.
  
• Ensure inventory accuracy and pricing consistency across all sales channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce product management, preferably with multi-brand or high-SKU Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, CRO best practices, and eCommerce KPIs.
• Proficiency with Shopify and experience managing product setup end-to-end.
• Skilled with Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, development, UX/CRO, and operations teams.
