Role Summary
The Amazon Product Manager drives the visibility, sales growth, and profitability of assigned products on Amazon. This role ensures listings are optimized, campaigns are effective, and all operational processes—from forecasting to promotional planning—are completed on time. By executing data-driven strategies, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating across departments, the Amazon Product Manager supports Chai Vision's commitment to community-first, customer-obsessed, and efficiency-driven values.

What You'll Do

Sales & Performance Management

  • Monitor daily sales performance via Vendor Central, Seller Central and Power BI.
  • Identify causes of sales fluctuations and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track and optimize key metrics including ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR.

Listing Optimization & Competitive Strategy

  • Coordinate with the Creative team for content and image optimization.
  • Conduct deep-dive keyword research, competitor analysis, and niche trend evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance and ensure listings are always fully optimized.

PPC Oversight & Adjustments

  • Work closely with the PPC team to refine campaigns and keyword targeting.
  • Evaluate monthly PPC performance against TACOS and ACOS targets.

Pricing, Promotion & Inventory Management

  • Adjust pricing and coupons in alignment with stock levels, market conditions, and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies for Prime Day, BFCM, and other major events.
  • Manage inventory forecasting, PO planning, and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Financial & Market Analysis

  • Review P&L reports to maintain minimum profit margins (25%).
  • Analyze SQP reports for new keyword opportunities and market share growth.
  • Use Inventory Aging Reports to strategize on clearing excess stock.

Product Launches & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan and execute new product launches, from listing creation to competitive positioning.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on data-driven insights.

  • You have a deep understanding of Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, PPC optimization, and listing best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving TACOS/ACOS, and optimizing product listings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Power BI, Helium 10, Scale Insight, and SQP reports.
  • Experience in PPC campaign optimization, including keyword targeting, bid strategies, and competitive analysis.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon best practices: SEO, listing optimization, compliance, pricing structures, and promotional planning.
  • Ability to manage inventory forecasting, PO planning, and replenishment cycles to maintain healthy stock levels.
