**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

In this role, you will be responsible for the high quality and great user experience of WU’s products. You will be part of the UAT team, which works on the company’s strategic initiatives by ensuring that software matches requirements. As a Tester, you will be preparing and executing test cases, reporting bugs, and working with developers and Product Owners in an Agile team.

You will have an opportunity to contribute to the creation of global web products used in 200+ countries around the world. Finally, you will get a chance to learn and develop your skills with internal and external certifications and training programs.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

- 1-year experience in the software testing field (QA or UAT) or software development industry.
- Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and decision-making ability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize among many tasks while working with high accuracy.
- Previous experience with Jira, Agile teams (SAFe, Scrum) or test automation tools is an advantage.
