**Role Responsibilities**
- Liaising extensively with external or internal clients.
- Analyzing organizations existing systems and business models.
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions or USX.
- Control solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
- Validate results by testing programs.
- Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems.
- Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs.
- Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
- Producing project feasibility and costings reports.
- Presenting proposals to clients.
- Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedules for complete systems.
- Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration.
- Providing training and user manuals to users (client personnel) of a new system.
- Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Design, Software Requirements, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Teamwork, Consulting Skills, Software Architecture would be desirable.
- Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
- Background working in global/offshore environment preferred.
- VB script/macro experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency preference to Snowflake, Talend, and SQL
- Proficiency in MS PowerBI
- Diagram and PPT skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Logical and critical thinking.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Works well with vague requirements, adaptable in dynamic environment, inquisitive and thorough.
