**Compensation Analyst
- Santa Ana, Costa Rica**

You will act as a consultant to smaller internal client groups for various compensation programs and policies.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day administration of our Compensation programs, including but not limited to Job Evaluations, Salary Survey Participation, and other various projects related to compensation and benefits.
- Complete market analysis using established processes and provides recommendations for promotions and pay adjustments.
- Provide Global Compensation support to multiple teams.
- Participate in projects as required.
- Moderately complex compensation activities including analyses of programs.

**Role Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles as in Compensation or Human Resources Analyst.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to responsibly handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience and knowledge using Excel and all other MsOffice tools.
- High English proficiency C1+ to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Proven knowledge or experience in compensation, including technical expertise in crucial compensation fundamentals, preferably from an HR consulting or multinational/global shared services environment.
- You’ll stand out if you know how to use tools such as Workday or have experience with job evaluation methodologies.
- Global grading and Compensation Software systems (preferably WTW compensation software) would be desirable.
- Expertise in providing support from a Compensation perspective to EMEA or North American regions will be a plus.
