**Primary Responsibilities **include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible to have clarity about Current state of its distributors, related to Sell in, Sell out, AR, Inventories, Marketing Campaigns and Sales Forecast
- Management of the sales flow based on the Demand Generation Team
- Lead the channel demand generation, understand types of customers and Expand the Market Coverage and generate Competitive Conversion, to gain share of shelf
- Update daily SFDC, and run a proper follow up on SFDC opportunities and tasks
- Ensure visibility and sales of Signature Products
- Provide Market insights to the Divisions and Business Groups (changes on Business Models, Customer's evolutions, segments realities, distributor reality in the market, competitors Activities)
- Give visibility on inventory fluctuations, unexpected demand to the Division Leader
- Attain set outbound call activity in conjunction with expectations of the Inside Sales organization
- Develop strategic approaches with the business area leaders to attain sales quota, sales quality standards and sales productivity metrics
- Support Issue Resolution, Account Receivables, Sell in & Sell out analysis, Distributors Sell coverage and market participation, competitive conversion and technical products support
- Manage and analyze customer data, perform market and competition analysis
- Proficient in identifying market trends and account needs reacting to market activity and reach favorable sales goals
- Maintain and update a working Sales Plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecast
- Demonstrates a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs
- Shares best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment
**Key shared Accountabilities**:
- Support and Follow up Demand Generation Sales Team.
- Act as a liaison to help on issue resolution with Customer Operations
- To support to the Collection team on Credit and Collection issues
- Act as an interface between Customer Service and the Distributors to help on issue resolution
- Contracts Sign in and Contract validation follow up supporting Customer Operations and Legal
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- **Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in B2B sales**:
- Fluency in English (Around **80% **).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Assertive Communication to 1. translate business strategy into channel execution; 2. Ensure an effective two-way communication (Internally/Externally); Relationship Building across Area/Region organization and with Channel Partners. 3. Analytics skills
- CRM experience/pipeline management
- Strong active listening skills
- Experience in selling through distribution channels
- Experience in selling into end user companies
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and willing to collaborate and compromise, including team leadership
- Strong active listening skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
