- The Role_

The production services team, including Program Management, requires a Business Intelligence Analyst that will own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable ad-hoc and templatized reports/dashboards that our Program Management & client-facing teams can use to provide to our clients. These reports and dashboards should provide additional value to our clients and have the ability to be monetized. In addition, the BI Analyst will support developing internal reports/dashboards that can provide actionable insights to managers & leadership.
- What You’ll Do_- Assess & evaluate existing reports that may vary or be lacking, across teams and individuals.- Synthesize and analyze data trends to support business decisions- Provide reports/dashboards that are consistent and relevant to multiple clients. Delivered weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly- Collaborate closely with multiple internal departments & clients to gather requirements- Build queries and visualizations that easily communicate information to the user & meets the user’s end goals.- Participate in client meetings and business reviews; Present internally and directly to clients, the information within the reports/dashboards- Identify and solve gaps in the information available, as well as predict up-and-coming data-needs when participating in discussions about new products or features.- Propose improvements to current data flows and processes to back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity.- Help maintain, troubleshoot and optimize data integrations with our CRM, Finance and professional services administration systems. Assisting in ensuring data integrity and ease of data access.- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
- What We’re Looking For_- 3-5 years of experience as an analytical position- Familiarity with data collection software and protocol- An understanding or programming languages & techniques. T-SQL, Boomi, AWS, and Google Sheets & Google Data Studio- Experience with G-suite data solutions (in particular Data Studio)- Interest in leveraging data to solve business problems- An understanding of SaaS, Services, Operations & Marketing metrics & KPIs- Experience in partnering with business owners to understand requirements and develop supporting analysis to solve business problems- Proven analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines- A keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data- Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required- Be self-driven, and show the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data- Understand of current data protection and privacy laws
