**Responsibilities**
- Data Process Analysis: Evaluate existing data processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to analyze data and uncover insights that drive process optimization.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of data processes. Monitor performance trends and anomalies, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Propose changes to data processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and improve business outcomes.
- Documentation and Communication: Create clear and concise documentation of data processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Process Analyst, with a focus on analyzing data processes and driving process improvements.
- Proficiency in Powerpoint for creating visually engaging presentations that communicate complex data and insights effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
