Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of our ERP system from SAP ECC to S4 HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardise and modernise our core business processes, enabling BSC to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth.

As the Business Analyst, Magellan Inbound (Procure to Pay) you will play a key role in ensuring the successful Business Transformation across the BSC network (Manufacturing, Divisional and Distribution sites). This role will operate in a Scaled Agile ERP Framework, reporting to the Product Owner, Magellan Inbound (Procure to Pay). The role will initially scope the long lead time constraints and develop solutions, as part of a cross functional Enterprise-wide team, progressing into an Agile ERP product team for Design/Build cycles.

This role represents the Business Users, collaborating with the Magellan Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, BSC BPL, SME, COP teams, Direct Suppliers and Stakeholders across the network.

**Your responsibilities include**:
The Magellan program has provided a solution pathway to create a common set of tools for vendor collaboration to automate quality system controls, share visibility in the entirety of the supply chain, and maintain continuous support by pairing with the primary ERP system. In order to meet this need, the Senior Business Analyst will partner with internal SMEs and external consultants to support the below scoped activities.
- Support wave and sprint plan to align with the Magellan program
- Identify supplier list by wave/sprint, considering impacts on:

- suppliers that support multiple geographies
- suppliers with multiple manufacturing sites
- suppliers shared with indirect procurement
- Identify suppliers to not enable
- Supplier ANID strategy and approach with SAP
- Seamless transition for existing eCert and iSupply suppliers
- Define full list of supplier collaboration tools
- Identify capabilities and selected tools to be implemented at each supplier
- Develop and execute communication and training strategy for internal customers (Purchasing, Sourcing, SQE, SE), and suppliers
- Coordinate user testing of SAP systems
- Onboarding and Sustaining handoff
- Incorporate SFMD nuances and adjust plans for SFMD scenarios
- Develop supplier training for any gaps not covered by the SAP training for suppliers, create training for buyers and sourcing experts for what their suppliers should expect to ensure the key BSC stakeholders can support
- Support facilitation of supplier onboarding, change engagement and buy-in discussions with Sr Leaders of strategic suppliers in partnership with Sourcing and Direct Purchasing teams responsible for Supplier relationship.
- Partner with Inbound (P2P and planning-SFMD), Mfg, Quality, logistics, capital and service Product Owners and teams to support Agile development of key system features/epics participating in the agile ceremonies as needed and ensure enabling efforts and solutions are refined and aligned with future state processes and solutions.
- Provide feedback plan after go-live with supplier to make sure system is working and sustainable
- Support inbound product teams in aligning Requirements, monitoring project plans, communicating with Stakeholders, coordinating the Requirements, Design, Build and Testing Phase and supporting the network-wide Deployment.
- Coordinate procedure and E2E Process flow updates, draft and manage new global procedures as needed
- Actively represent the inbound team and respective business users/stakeholders in activities required to execute the enabling team refinement, execution of work, coordination, and communication between enabling and inbound teams. (Master data, Material Master Team, Reporting and Analytics, interim state processes-TWP, organizational change enablement-OCE, Segmentation and capital equipment)
- Participate in impact assessment for change enablement and interim state processes through refinement efforts. Coordinate and execute action plans to support deployment readiness (i.e. communications, trainings) for our suppliers.
- Support the supplier enablement onboarding activities (i.e. draft communications, lead/support training sessions, coordinate with Global Business Services and Indirect Procurement)
