The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
- Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
- Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
- Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support
- Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree required
- 5 to 7 years of experience as Technology Business Analyst in previous positions
- 1-2 years of proven experience on SQL and Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze big volumes of data
- Good Knowledge of Requirements Management Process
- Intermediate/advanced English
- Expert in requirement gathering and analysis, preparation of requirement documentation (preparing BRD, functional specification document, use case, change request, process flow diagrams), use case analysis, gap analysis and User training.
- Assisting the SIT team in building functional test cases to test/certify complex functional requirement.
- Good Knowledge of Software Architecture and Software Modeling
- Good Knowledge of UAT Coordination
- Strong Analytics Skills
- Experience on solving complex problems
- Knowledge of Project Management Processes. Tracking project IT deliverables. Maintaining sprint plan and liaising with the business users.
- Superior Communication Skills
- Prepare and produce recurring internal reporting/presentation materials while ensuring accurate and consistent communications
- Oriented to results, willing and able to take ownership of engagements.
- Experience working on several projects at the same time is required
- Knowledge of database skills and knowledge of data warehousing concepts for BI reporting

- Possess a very good ability to grasp the underlying business process and ability to work as an individual and in a team
- Conduct source data analysis for reporting and work with areas to determine potential impacts and compensation controls.
