**Business Analyst (Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Business Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Overview**:
The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or undergraduate.
- 5 years’ experience as a BA
- From 3-5 years of technical experience
- Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
- Experience with Microsoft office suite, including Visio and Excel
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Experience analyzing and presenting complex data Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- CSM or PMP certified (nice to have)
- Experience working with BPO Partners, and Vendors IT operations experience would be helpful Experience running major incident bridges or mock incidents would be ideal (nice to have)
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops, and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas.
- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires mínimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and key sponsor on assigned workstreams.
- Able to conduct meetings independently and produce high quality meeting minutes.
