The MA Business Planning (FP&A) team supporting Moody’s Analytics is in search for a development focused, organized individual with exceptional communication skills to enhance in key sales and financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop tools and reports to capture near real time analytics through operational efficiency and utilizing interactive dashboards and structured workflows
- Collaborate with team members to standardize sales and financial modelling efforts to harmonize reporting capabilities and promote best practice
- Lead topline month end reporting, with insightful analysis to identify key trends to support comprehensive variance commentary
- Consider and research emerging technologies to advance data modelling and forecasting capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience within FP&A/Business Intelligence
- Experience developing and working with Business Intelligence tools

Key Competencies
- Ability to develop interactive dashboards or financial models using macro, Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI
- Basic Salesforce knowledge
- Passionate and willing to learn new skills with high-level problem-solving skills
- Advanced English in both written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial statement reporting
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of workflows and proactive in process improvement
- Comfortable with adapting multiple systems and performing research
