**Job Description**:
Evolution is currently looking for a Sr Technical Compliance Specialist to work in the division of Markets Discipline. You will review, evaluate and provide appropriate technical compliance advice to the company business, ensuring any risk is minimized. Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of the projects related to our already established markets as well as the new markets.
The chosen person must have previous experience in the gaming industry performing a similar role and have knowledge of both the Live and the RNG verticals. You will work on your own initiative and support the creation of procedures, working with the relevant internal and external teams to deliver in the required time frames. You will be part of the operations of the technical Compliance team and will report to the Compliance Manager based in Malta.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensures the company remains compliant with all relevant technical regulations.
- Keeps abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Investigates technical requirements for new markets and established markets globally and assist with developing solutions for these markets.
- Supports projects across departments within the company.
- Liaises with management, Internal/External teams, regulators and clients to enable solutions for compliance within the relevant market and ensure technical compliance at all times.
- Reviews and amend technical policies to ensure they are up to date with all relevant rules, laws and regulations and ensure that proper procedures are in place.
- Works closely with the relevant regulators to ensure the company is compliant, including acting as a point of contact for such bodies and notifying them of key events as required.
- Creates and control systems to prevent violations of technical guidelines and internal policies. Evaluate and improve them continuously.
- Revises procedures and reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
- Identifies, create and and maintain the company’s framework of polices, instructions, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Actively maintains and works with technical requirements in the company’s database tool.
- Supports preparation of reports for higher management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Provides training as needed.
- Any other duties that may be required in this role
**Qualifications**:
- A relevant University Degree, ideally Information Systems or Computer Sciences, is essential.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken is mandatory. Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
- Understanding of industry best practice standards and requirements.
- Minimum 4 years of technical compliance experience in iGaming or performing a similar role.
- Understanding of the iGaming business framework: B2B, B2C.
- Understanding of online gaming regulatory and legislative framework (Globally).
- Experience working on both the Live and the RNG verticals.
- Understanding games set-up and products, IT development processes, system infrastructure components and integrations with external systems.
- Understanding or experience on change management processes.
- Understanding or experience on games, systems and physical devices certification and audits.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in product and games equipment analysis
