We're recruiting a
Senior SAP Security Specialist
professional on behalf of a local company. This role will lead high-impact security and technology initiatives. You'll be in charge of ensuring the security of SAP systems through the implementation, management, and auditing of roles, profiles, and authorizations, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and the protection of corporate data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer users, roles, and authorizations across SAP environments (ERP ECC, BW, APO, SOLMAN, S/4HANA).
  • Design, implement, and maintain security roles and profiles, ensuring proper segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Conduct SAP security audits and prepare compliance reports.
  • Participate in SAP security implementation and maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define internal controls and security policies.
  • Monitor and manage cybersecurity incidents related to SAP platforms.
  • Utilize risk and compliance management tools such as SAP GRC and Sivis SetQ (desirable).

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA security.
  • Experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining roles and profiles in SAP ERP ECC, BW, APO, SOLMAN.
  • Participation in SAP security implementation, maintenance, and audit projects.
  • Deep knowledge of role and profile models, segregation of duties (SoD), and internal controls.
  • Proven Experience in cybersecurity applied to SAP environments.
  • Advanced user, role, and authorization management.
  • Proficiency in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance).
  • Ability to perform security audits and generate reports.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified SAP ERP Security Manager (GRC Academy).
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Access Control.
  • SAP Certified Technology Professional – System Security Architect (P_TSEC10_75).
  • SAP Certified Technology Associate (C_SEC_2405).
  • SAP System Security and Authorizations (C_SECAUTH_20).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
  • Effective communication with technical and business teams.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Sivis SetQ (desirable).
