Above Market Planning (AMP) Hub Cluster Team Lead for Latin America has full accountability for leading his operations and team as a regional center of excellence for supply chain management to support all markets in his/her cluster. The AMP Hub enables revenue commitments to be met through an effective and proactive management of supply risks and opportunities, as well as optimal market inventory levels.

Key process accountabilities for the role include:
Supply assurance: Regional interfaces with Markets, PGS manufacturing sites, External Supply, and Intercompany Operations to ensure they deliver product in accordance to supply chain agreements Product change management (PCM): Supply continuity throughout product lifecycle, including new launches and changes related to its source, formulation, artworks, legal entity, etc. Inventory optimization: Finished good market inventory optimization, aligned with global and regional targets Organizational capability development: Human and technological capability development to continuously improve AMP Hub performance Innovation: Promotion of innovative ideas/processes across AMP Hub operations

What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. Through your extensive knowledge you will develop and monitor the supply chain strategy with the objective to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for Pfizer. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing all Supply Chain activities at the site which include but are not limited to Production Planning & Scheduling, Materials Planning & Scheduling, Customer Service, Product Lifecycle Management, Warehousing & Logistics and Dispensing Operations. You will also lead demand/supply planning, inventory management, and life cycle management teams.

As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your Operating Unit. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the team members. You will manage performance of direct and indirect reports, and support Operating Unit objectives through goal setting, assessment, coaching and performance evaluation of team members. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside. You shall be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.

Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for Pfizer’s patients and healthcare.

How You Will Achieve It- Set objectives for and manage multiple projects within an Operating Unit.- Develop innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes or products across own and related disciplines.- Lead evolution and development of site Supply Chain management systems and all Supply Chain process improvements and deployment of Global Supply Chain processes.- Actively engage in local market demand and commercial opportunities management, escalating appropriate issues to ensure necessary remedial actions.- Accountable for establishing appropriate professional partnerships, service agreements and communication processes with all in-market Business Unit (BU) leaders and others.- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with each Business Unit, with appropriate participation from BU leadership and functional team Organization Management.- Develop and achieve operating budgets seeking continual process and cost improvement.- Accountable for the planning, organizing, directing and compliant management of all finished goods import and local market logistics related activities.- Responsible for developing and implementing the in
