The SSC Support Administrator
**In this role, you will**
- Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support for Shared Services operations
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Produce and distribute correspondence, mail & returned mail, copying & scanning
- Assist in tracking and reporting department metrics, SLA’s and KPI’s
- Monitor and record expenditures through Concur
- Manage financial tasks such as monitoring of unit budgets, reconciliation, and reporting
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, and other activities
- Manage calendars, travel plans and reservations
- Provide general support to visitors
- Coordinate onsite issue follow up.
- Prepare business correspondence, agendas, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the group
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Participate, develop, test, and implement projects with a medium-low level of complexity that require medium to low-supervision.
**In this role, you’ll need **
**Typically**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- One year of directly related experience
- Develop at this level for 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in English.
