Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Law Firm based out of **United States - Los Angeles/Beverly Hills **is looking to expand it's Intake Department and currently hiring with in the team for an Intake Specialist Role.
The focus of the position will be fielding new client intakes via incoming phone calls and form submissions, drafting detailed client intakes, aiding in the decision-making process for client retention, and ensuring client retention. This role acts as the first point of contact for our clients and assists attorneys, clients, and other individuals involved in the process with the initial case intake phase.
This role is for **night shift (9pm-7am Pacific Standard Time)**. Work from home.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Be the first point of contact over the phone and provide exceptional customer service to potential clients.**:
- Data entry ****:
- **Fielding initial calls and forms submission from prospective clients who possible have been injured in an accident**:
- Confirming with attorneys and making decisions on which claims are viable / confirm cases based on a set of requirements provided ****:
- **Ensuring that viable claims and prospective clients are retained the office.**:
- Engage in all facets of the intake process from initial inquiry to client retention. ****:
- **Answer high volume of incoming calls and make outgoing calls to follow up with leads.**:
- Organize data in the firm’s case management system with high level of accuracy
- **Perform unbiased screening to gather facts and assess the strength and weaknesses of potential cases.**:
- Schedule and coordinate execution of the retainer packages with the retainer team
- **Demonstrate an elevated level of personal integrity, client confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.**:
- Perform other miscellaneous clerical and/or administrative tasks as needed by the department.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- **Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.**:
- **1-2 years of customer service experience.**:
- **Ability to handle high call volume - incoming and outgoing**:
- **1-2 years of data entry experience**:
- **Sales experience a plus**:
- Previous Personal Injury law, legal or medical office experience is a plus. ****:
- **Professional phone etiquettes.**:
- Previous experience with a CRM software such as Salesforce preferred but not required
- **Proficiency in MS office suite.**:
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ****:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:
- Positive attitude, eagerness, and ability to learn new processes and technology
- **Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.**:
