About the Role:
We are seeking an Intake Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in client intake or front-desk legal roles. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and skilled at gathering, verifying, and documenting client information efficiently while providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client interviews to assess case potential and gather complete documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate client data in case management systems.
- Verify and organize client files, medical records, and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with attorneys and clients.
- Ensure all intake processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide a positive and professional first impression to clients.
- 1–3 years experience in legal intake or client-facing roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor and strong client service skills.
