Summary:
The Paid Search Analyst will support the Global Search and Media COE team. This role will work directly with the Global Search team to ensure successful and flawless execution of our SEM programs. In this role you will impact our paid search execution strategy across various demand generation programs designed to accelerate the buyer's journey and support the customer lifecycle.

You will be responsible for supporting the team with their campaign delivery and optimization goals, compiling, and analyzing performance reports to help marketing teams understand the effectiveness of overall marketing and individual campaigns. You will focus on delivering data-driven processes, insights, and recommendations for improvement to meet overall marketing goals and business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Search Managers with account optimizations: analyzing competitors, keywords research/expansion, implementing tests, building campaigns, maintain audience lists, etc.
- Create reports to measure campaign performance and analyze reports to uncover trends to help with optimizations
- Ensure paid search campaigns adhere to best practices and troubleshoot any problems
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity and take action to improve paid search programs
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google AdWords
- Bachelor’s degree (communication, marketing, advertising, or business)
- 1+ year of in-platform experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, AdWords Editor and Bing Editor tools
- Experience with Google Display Network, You-Tube and DMP a plus
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions, formulas)
- Excellent written and oral communication (Advanced English is a must)
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently
- Strong time-management skills
- Extremely high attention to detail
- A passion and curiosity for digital media
