**Salesforce Industries Solution Architect - Healthcare (Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Salesforce Industries Solution Architect - Healthcare, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Overview**:
As a Salesforce Industries Architect, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within one of the largest technology providers in the world. We are building the next generation of digital services company and believe clients are ready for a more nimble, agile partner to deliver outcomes across the SFDC platform
- including Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, Mulesoft, Tableau, etc.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce role with:

- at least 3 of those years’ working with Vlocity/Salesforce Industries AND Omnistudio (Integration Procedures, Flexcards, omniscripts)
- at least 2 of those years’ being within the healthcare Industry
- 5 years + experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Vlocity Platform Developer
- Strong Preference for Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (preferred)
- Sales Cloud Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and understanding of software development process (preferred)
- Problem Solver: Creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations.
- Analytical: Dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings.
- Strong work ethic: Team player and lead by example.
- English C1

**Responsabilities**:

- Identify and Align customer’s business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and to construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution
- Build collaborative relationships with the business stakeholders sharing a commitment to their success
- Collaborate with Developers, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical activities and verifying that their deliverables meet the acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Salesforce Industries Leader and the Digital Advisor from healthcare to develop POC’s, POV’s and accelerators for the healthcare industry.
- Enhance and build development plans using a knowledge of core business processes within the healthcare industry and best practices.
