**Object Technology Solutions, Inc**) has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst I.

BUSINESS ANALYST I (REMOTE/HYBRID)

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Work with Marketplace Operations to query and send new Azure Marketplace Orders
- Work with Sales and/or Microsoft team to get any missing Customer Information
- Follow-up to make sure orders have been fulfilled and order confirmation letters sent.
- Validate and Send Azure Marketplace monthly customer bookings to Finance.
- Calculate any overage for the month for private commit offers.
- Organize raw data from Azure in Excel
- Work with finance and accounting to validate usage telemetry data as well as disbursements.
- Track pay as you go usage to-date for the term
- Track overages already paid
- Determine which customers have unsubscribed from services and end related support entitlements.
- Documentation ownership across all business processes related to Azure

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Strong Excel skills required.
- Strong communication, listening, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Marketplace portal preferred.
- Experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
- Experience being a part of a fast-paced operations team.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and quoting tools like CPQ is preferred.
- Experience working with teams from different time zones and cultures.
