**Job Description Summary**: Provide superior client service.
Meet deadlines and targets in terms of schedule & budget.
Deliver world class project management activities.
Related Activities administrative processes, including but not limited to purchase order requisitions, sourcing requests, goods received inclusion, and vendor selection matrix.

**Responsibilities**:
General
Construction and implementation of multidiscipline facilities projects.
Competent in all phases of Project Management activities including, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure.

Financial Management
Operation and assigned projects budget forecasting.

Project Management
Provide professional project planning support and management for all assigned in implementation projects as well as daily responsibility for all activities executed under their project plan.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of contractors during the execution of projects
Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including but not limited to: Project meeting minutes, drafting of project work orders, project purchase orders, service contracts and change orders, receipt and verification of appropriate vendor insurance certificates, execution of project status updates, and executing vendor close-out letters.
Participate creation of documents for the bidding process on project
Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers. This includes the client people, facilities people, building operations and maintenance and security.
Meet Project KPIs, on schedule, on budget/cost, and on scope
Meet client satisfaction rating above 3 of a possible 5.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree either Architectural, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
3-5 years of project management and related experience.
Bilingual English Spanish. Verbal and written skills.
Proven Analytical / Critical Thinking Skills

Proficient planning, organization, and execution of works and/or projects with personnel in charge, external and internal to the company.
Excellent teamwork and pressure skills.
Personal characteristics - work ethic and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in oral and written reports. Ability to work well with others at all levels and in all organizations.
Excellent communication skills both for written and oral presentations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues and complex operations daily.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems.
