- Directly manages both programs and projects that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology or products for external customers.
- Handles projects of moderate scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity.
- Plans/manages projects directly related to policies or general business operations to meet specific objectives or general goals.
- Has decision-making authority at the project level.
- Leads the project team and is a key interface to the project or contributors.
- Identifies and refines project objectives.
- Works on or delegates, as appropriate, problems/tasks in the delivery of specific objectives or general goals.
- Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion.
- Interprets and applies controlling business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as judged appropriate.
- Identifies tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
- Creates/tracks/adjusts the project or program schedule.
- Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitors progress against schedule and determine and take remedial action as appropriate.
- Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.
- Plans and schedules work to ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project or program in a timely manner. Influences or sets business unit or cross-organizational strategy.
- Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects applies the knowledge to deliverables and leverages it to accelerate project completion.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Proficient in Excel and intermediate Excel programming skills
- Supplier benchmark market analysis
- Outsourcing project management experience
- Project management experience, leading on at least 10 projects at a time
- Advanced English level- Supplier/Stakeholder Management
- Work with suppliers to develop scope of work for outcome-based solutions and define key performance indicators to measure success
- Global team contribution Contribute to the Global OMS team by leading participating internal projects new initiatives to make a greater impact and increase contribution to the OMS team performance and evolve to its next performance level
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- MS degree in Business Administration, industrial engineering, or related field
- Technical acumen understand Intels strategy products design and manufacturing processes to be in a position to advise on different sourcing options to better support Intel business groups
- Basic understanding of Python scripting would be added advantage
- Experience in budget handling and invoice/PO concepts
- Legal Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with suppliers sourcing solutions
- Requires thorough knowledge of local labor law sourcing practices purchasing contract as well as Intels own legal guidelines in order to minimize Intels risk
- Customer and stakeholders Management Interact with hiring leaders teammates and stakeholders to develop creative sourcing solutions that meet the needs of the Intel manager PM legal compliance and consultant pricing Influence Business groups to use best in class practices of supplier engagements
- Strategic Acumen Support the development of Multiyear Plan through benchmark of market analysis both internal and external build long term relationship with stakeholders
- Business Acumen Develop execution plans based on Multiyear Plan and lead teams to execute plans
- Governance and monitor execution progress and generate reporting status on key milestones
