The Global Real Estate & Facilities team manages the corporate office portfolio and aims to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable our client’s employees to innovate and delight customers. The Global Project Management Office (PMO) drives and supports consistency and scalability for delivery of global projects, processes, and documentation across all regions.

The Global PMO Associate Project Manager will be part of the Global PMO under the Global Operations team, collaborating closely with regional PMO teams around the world supporting global projects of all sizes, supporting the client in constantly raising the bar for customers.

The Global PMO Associate Project Manager is to provide support to the Lead Global Real Estate and Facilities Program Manager on all matters related to a project from commencement to completion and/or to independently lead and manage projects as assigned, and to provide outstanding service to the client through:
Support the execution and planning of projects by partnering with Project Managers to monitor project progress, following up with client on progress or delays within projects, maintain project documents such as status reports, meeting minutes and closeout reporting.
Take initiative and research information as required
Ability to operated in a global environment by understanding culture, building trust and engaging with team members that may share different perspectives than you
Project administration & document management
Support project sponsors & other stakeholders in defining & writing business requirements, which may include collaborating with Technology teams.
Support alignment of stakeholders in project delivery.
Support project execution beyond project management activities by supporting change management and/or technical project management responsibilities as outlined in project RACI
Dive deep into data and documentation to support the analysis needed for project delivery.
Ability to quickly assimilate information provided and translate into appropriate project actions.
Record and manage all project tasks, sharing with the project team and following up for completion by due dates.
Provide regular detailed reporting on project status, calling out critical milestones, risks with impact and mitigations, bottlenecks and blockers with path to green.
Identify lessons learned from projects and contribute to ongoing improvement of supported programs.
Contribute to the development of project/program management methodology.
Upon project completion, support lead global program manager with successful handoff to Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Produce required project close out documentation.
Communications management - produce weekly, monthly status reports
At least 3 years relevant industry experience with consultant or contractor firms.
Strong experience with Smartsheets, WordDocs, Quip, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Experience in supporting global projects, particularly in real estate and facilities projects and operations.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Relentless and tenacious drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes.
An excellent level of English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, virtually, across time zones, in a highly dynamic organization.
Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment.
Ability to influence without authority
Adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations
Ability to keep groups on track and moving to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes
Deep project management experience; PMP certification or experience in other project management methodologies is desired
