Overview:
We’re in search of a Project Manager with multicultural experience to drive ensure that all program and project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are managed effectively and deliver ontime. This role is part of a global team that reports to the Global Project Manager Director and collaborates with local business units, IT, Finance, and the Business Transformation organizations.

**Responsibilities**:
**This role will**:

- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.
- Make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics and the ability to motivate and negotiate effectively.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach; managing multiple deadlines and change scenarios.
- Proficient experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc.), SharePoint, and MS Project (Project Profession, Server, Project Web App or Project Operations).

Qualifications:

- 3-5+ years of project management and related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, agile project management knowledge would be very valuable
- Experience dealing with global, large scale training/education projects a benefit
- Knowledge of Technology, systems, LMS etc
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience as a lecture in Project Management would be added value
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
