Core responsibilities:
- Determine and define the scope of video post-production projects and their objectives.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Assemble and manage a post-production team for each project.
- Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables with the team.
- Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and track costs to keep within the project budget.
- Maintain extremely high customer satisfaction by managing communication with clients and providing them updates daily about project progress, adjustments, and resources.
- Maximize efficiency by measuring project and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and communicate problems and look for creative solutions.
- Help manage and oversee other relevant internal projects.
- Help grow our team with other A-players.
- Help develop a learning platform for filmmakers.
Monday - Friday
10 AM - 6 PM (PT Time Zone)
