Human Resources Project Manager
con sólida experiencia en la industria de servicios y consultoría, capaz de liderar proyectos estratégicos y operativos con un enfoque integral en personas, procesos y resultados.
Este rol será responsable de coordinar iniciativas clave en el ámbito de Recursos Humanos, gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios y asegurar la entrega de soluciones de alto impacto alineadas a las necesidades del negocio.
La persona ideal contará con experiencia previa en servicios de Recursos Humanos y tendrá la capacidad de relacionarse directamente con clientes, implementar metodologías de gestión de proyectos y promover la mejora continua dentro de la organización.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Liderar proyectos de consultoría y servicios desde su diseño, planificación, ejecución y cierre.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y fomentar una cultura colaborativa, orientada a resultados.
- Analizar, documentar y mejorar procesos internos para aumentar la eficiencia y la calidad operacional.
- Implementar metodologías de gestión de proyectos, operando con una mentalidad de PMO.
- Interactuar con clientes, comprender sus necesidades y proponer soluciones estratégicas basadas en mejores prácticas.
- Gestionar indicadores clave, riesgos, cronogramas, presupuestos y reportes ejecutivos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, estándares de calidad y expectativas del negocio.
- Facilitar reuniones, workshops y presentaciones ejecutivas para diversos stakeholders.
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización y crecimiento de servicios dentro de los proyectos asignados.
Requisitos
- Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Administración, o carreras afines.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos dentro del sector servicios, consultoría o outsourcing.
- Conocimientos y experiencia en áreas de Recursos Humanos, People Operations o Gestión de Talento.
- Habilidades comprobadas de liderazgo y manejo de equipos.
- Experiencia con metodologías de mejora continua y gestión por procesos (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM u otros).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y manejo de stakeholders.
- Capacidad analítica, pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, manejar múltiples proyectos y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.
