Position Purpose
To create an exceptional work environment by designing and executing strategies that attract, retain, engage, develop, and compensate key talent across the local and regional organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor to the core leadership team on talent-related decisions impacting structure, culture, and development
- Lead the full performance management cycle, including goals, KPIs, skill assessments, and annual reviews
- Design succession plans and career paths with Directors
- Identify performance and capability gaps and define training actions
- Design and execute leadership development programs
- Plan and facilitate monthly learning initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring decisions
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for local and regional roles
- Manage onboarding programs, documentation, and new-hire follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with employment documentation and onboarding requirements
Compensation & Total Rewards
- Design and manage compensation, incentives, bonuses, and benefits programs
- Maintain salary structures and payroll reports
- Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments aligned with retention strategies
Employee Relations, Culture & Engagement
- Lead employee relations processes, including performance improvement and terminations
- Maintain job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR policies
- Design and execute engagement, well-being, DE&I, and internal communication initiatives
- Support employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a small-to-medium sized organization
- Experience recruiting diverse roles and managing sensitive employment matters
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, and employee relations
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience in professional services or real estate is a plus
