Your Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a special project. The intern will play a key role in supporting the migration of personnel files from our local network into Workday, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the process. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with HR systems, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Assist with reviewing, organizing, and categorizing personnel files.
- Support the digital migration process of files from the local network to Workday.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee data and records.
- Collaborate with HR team members to validate migrated files and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Maintain tracking logs and provide updates on project progress.
- Support additional HR operations tasks as needed.
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in learning HR systems; experience with Workday is a plus, but not required.
