Job Overview

As a Sales and Account Specialist, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Main Duties
- Educate existing customers on the benefits of Amazon Business and pass them to Customer Advisors to maintain and grow the relationship.
- Support all industries by providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales success.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in sales force automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
