About This Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Partnership Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales growth
  • Manage alliances with internal/external partners to maximize their success
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure optimal implementation and follow-up of deals
  • Assess new business opportunities for Sandoz
  • Negotiate KPIs to meet or exceed productivity and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth in multinational companies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
