About This Role

This Client Support Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a hybrid professional, you'll combine sales, account management, and service skills to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships.

You'll work closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional client experiences, identify opportunities for renewal and upsell, and provide product training to clients for effective utilization of Experian services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing and sales experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Fast learner with ability to learn new information about solutions and sales processes
  • Self-starter with drive to learn independently and in a structured environment
  • Comfortable operating within a team service and selling approach with energy and sense of ownership
