As a Process Lead, you will be an integral part of our Global Delivery Team. In this role, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Executing standardized processes and strategies.
- Demonstrating the ability to apply and translate business expertise to breakthrough thinking that significantly impacts clients' long-term strategic positions; thought leaders.
- Managing and optimizing functional processes and activities while ensuring adherence to clients' corporate standards.
- Engaging with internal and external business partners to ensure that decisions are based on the broad scope of the organization and achieve optimum daily execution.
- Monitoring process performance, metrics, and indicators and ensuring that expectations are met.
- Performing other special projects as assigned.
What You Should Bring
Key required skills:
- Strong knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices SLA monitoring and reporting.
- Expertise in purchase-to-pay processes.
- Experience in executing procurement projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client management experience.
- Team management experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Project management skills (desired).
- Expertise in ERP/P2P systems.
- Proficient in MS Suite.
Education:
- Minimum bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Science, Business, or Engineering or similar stream or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.
Experience:
- Procurement experience: 4+ years of previous work experience managing the procure-to-pay process.
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
