Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business units to achieve their hiring goals. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Media roles in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the globe.
  • Collaborate with the LATAM talent team to fill requisitions quickly while building a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment, from top-of-funnel strategy to running point on offers and closing candidates.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, goals, and define talent acquisition strategies.
  • Design and implement recruiting programs that drive organic applicants, including referral initiatives and events.
  • Stay ahead of the game by building and nurturing relationships with top passive talent.
  • Source active and passive candidates across various channels and communities.
  • Balance volume and quality in the recruitment process.
  • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to optimize the TA strategy.
  • Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with the broader Recruiting team to continuously improve processes.
  • Contribute expertise on market trends, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting processes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, high-performance environment in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate proactively, clearly, and compellingly in written and oral form.
  • A bias-to-action approach, with high attention to detail and an infectious sense of urgency.
  • A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
  • A desire and appreciation for feedback as part of the effort to improve as a Recruiter and strategic business partner.
  • A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Advanced English language skills.
