The Role
The Global Performance Lead is a critical position within the JLL-at-Amazon GREF account team. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing the performance management strategy for the account.
The role requires leadership and expertise to exceed performance goals, specifically in reference to KPIs and team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the performance management strategy for the JLL-at-Amazon GREF account.
- Lead the global team in exceeding performance goals, specifically in reference to KPIs and team productivity.
- Touch multiple aspects of account service delivery and client relationships.
- Act as Program Manager for performance initiatives for the JLL-at-GREF account.
- Identify savings, performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus.
- Related experience advantageous.
- 5 years relevant work experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
- Process Management experience or demonstrated skills -Results driven - the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
- Client relationship management.
