We're looking for a highly skilled Distribution Admin Assistant to join our team at United Parcel Service. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

As a Distribution Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing reports using various software packages
  • Compiling information from multiple sources
  • Managing small-scale projects
  • Performing general office duties such as word processing, data entry, and document auditing
  • Answering phone calls and distributing mail
  • Coordinating meetings and other tasks as assigned

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership skills, critical thinking capabilities, and flexibility in scheduling. We value candidates who can work well under pressure and have a proven track record of making sound decisions.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (90%)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

This is a permanent position, and you'll work on-site. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
