Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and coordinate commercial contracts, including sales and purchase agreements, vendor agreements, distribution agreements, and purchase order terms and conditions.
  • Provide professional legal advice to various business teams and communicate with outside layers.
  • Assist the Legal Department in implementing compliance programs and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.

Skill Requirements

  • P personal integrity and excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • A well-organized and methodical approach to work, with attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues effectively.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
