**Job Summary**
The position is customer facing, customer escalations will be received and resolved.
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects.
He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.
This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
**This position performs other tasks as requested.
Responsibilities**:

- Solid Performance rating or above
- Free of disciplinary actions within the last year
- Participate on an internal interview process.
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Proven decision making & problem resolution skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Critical thinking capabilities
- Flexibility in required schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (90 percent) (Will be tested)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

**Preferred Other details**:

- Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- On-site
- Grade 7
