License Management and Technical Support Specialist

This role requires a self-starter with organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, excellent customer service skills, demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, and general knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking concepts.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, Oracle and Salesforce experience, and knowledge of FLEXlm licensing technology.
This position involves working effectively with other team members and customers to document licensing procedures, interacting with other Wind River departments to resolve customer issues, and managing work queues to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
