Amazon Employee Resource Center Leader

A highly skilled and motivated leader is required to manage the Employee Resource Center (ERC) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision, direction, and culture of their team by managing performance expectations and goals.
The ERC Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction by identifying broader employee impacting issues and implementing solutions to drive quality and productivity while achieving real-time desired service levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the ERC team to achieve high service delivery and execution.
- Stays connected with every level of the department through shadowing and skip-level meetings.
- Responsible for the morale and motivation of the team.
- Actively participates in and drives the continuous improvement culture through 'kaizen' and lean projects.
- Identifies and eliminates barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
