Job Summary

The Conflict Resolution Specialist resolves internal and external disputes in a timely manner, addressing inquiries from collections analysts and serving as an escalation point for complex collections scenarios.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Resolve price and quantity discrepancies, billing issues, short shipments, price and quantity variances, and other disputes with internal and external customers.

Manage documentation supporting dispute resolution processes and maintain accurate customer master data elements.

Cultivate quality relationships with sales, customer service, and other internal teams linked to dispute resolution processes.

Drive root-cause resolution of frequent and significant disputes and run reports to monitor assigned portfolios.

Partner to maintain accurate customer master data elements and ensures compliance with internal control procedures.
