International Sales Account Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and profitability growth for assigned territories.
  • Develop opportunities through outbound calling to assigned customer territories and potential new customer targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of P&L metrics for accounts and make informed pricing decisions with the approval of senior team members.
  • Make transactional-based decisions that benefit territory profitability with guidance from senior team members when needed.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to address RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and deliver QBR presentations.
  • Conduct basic account research to identify worth and future opportunities for assigned territories and new customer targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of customers within assigned territories and develop relationships at purchasing, sales, and operational levels.
  • Maintain detailed account profiles for territories and identify opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
  • Establish stable relationships with internal departments, including vendor management, finance, purchasing, and more.
  • Identify potential issues and challenges, providing timely visibility to senior team members.
  • Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts, offloading repetitive tasks to internal support teams.

Required Education or Certifications:

  • High School/GED certification plus 3 years of relevant experience or 2-year degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • 4-year degree with Sales/Marketing emphasis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and French.
