Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled International Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Smartsheet. This is a key role that requires expertise in international payroll processing, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role

This position will assist with the coordination of international payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of local, state, and federal payroll and tax laws, as well as experience with international payroll software such as Cloudpay or OneSource Virtual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow and ensure seamless integration with the US payroll team
  • Process employment income verifications and monitor payroll queries
  • Review new hires and master file changes to maintain compliance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct payroll experience processing multi-state payroll, including international regions
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet
